De Gon Comprehensive Investigations (DCI) formerly Idaho Detective Agency has gone through a complete
restoration of our operations. Our investigative services and techniques are more advanced than ever before. Our
investigators both in the past, present, and future has, and will go through a rigorous annual training process that most
agencies don't offer their investigators. Training consists of the understanding of both new and current laws of what
investigators, paralegals, and mediators are allowed and not allowed to do, both new and old electronic surveillance
equipment and devices used in surveillance photo, video and audio systems. Techniques in the computer data
systems, information gathering, research, dispute resolutions and more. We are working more closely with law offices,
and law Enforcement agencies known as Inter-Agency Cooperation Investigations (IACI).
We are now, offering new services such as a complete independent paralegal and mediation services, in which our
investigators are qualified, and certified in Idaho, and Washington State. Being able to offer these services, is an
advancement, and asset in being able to providing more valuable professional services to both the general public, and
to the legal field alike. Our "experience" through education, on the job training, and generated experience through CLE
(Continuing Learning Education) has made DCI one of the Pacific Northwest highly qualified, and respected agencies
in assisting our clients in the investigative, paralegal, or mediation field today. Through continuing education our
investigators stay current with new techniques used everyday in assisting our clients with the best services available in
the investigative, paralegal, and mediation fields.
We are members of various associations in good standing, nationally, and locally. DCI is licensed, and insured in the
State of Idaho. We currently work in Idaho, Washington, Oregon, and Montana. We do provide national investigative
services throughout the United States if our services are needed.
